What does 99.95% uptime SLA mean?

An SLA is a contractual guarantee. 99.95% uptime means maximum 4.38 hours downtime per year. If we don't meet this guarantee, you automatically receive compensation. This only applies to downtime caused by us.

What is the difference with standard VPS?

Standard VPS has 99.9% uptime target (no guarantee), shared CPU cores, regular storage and basic support. VPS with SLA has contractual 99.95% guarantee, 100% dedicated CPU, RAID 10 storage and priority support with managed services.
